The companion of Traverse the Blue 1, this abstract composition on paper provides the viewer with a sense of depth and dimension achieved by a dense slate blue backdrop that is punctuated by a wash of smokey white and an overlay of solid bone white. The embedded scraps of newsprint lend a bit of texture to the work.
