Collection Features Some 80 years ago, the Clyde Pearson Co. was founded and has been in continuous operation producing premium upholstered furniture for designers and their clients nationwide. Today, Pearson is a collection of Hickory Chair and is made to order in the Hickory Chair workroom. The collection is made up of styles that range from traditional to contemporary, dressy to casual, and are available in both Hickory Chair and Pearson fabrics and leather, finishes and trims. In 2018, Pearson introduced the elegant Kim Scodro Collection with truly distinctive forms. Pearson is known for its bench-made frame, the signature coil spring arrangement with its trademarked Salem Rod® support system and plush cushioning that provides luxurious comfort.
