What is the purpose of my Gold Leaf Club card? |
| A. |
The Gold Leaf Club card reflects your account number which you will use to accumulate Gold Leaf points. We also recommend presenting your card at the time of purchase in every Mart store in order to have your account number recorded on your sales invoice. |

How do I accumulate Gold Leaf points? |

You should submit copies of your sales and delivery receipts via mail to the Gold Leaf Club. Our mailing address is Hickory Furniture Mart, Attn: Gold Leaf Club, 2220 Hwy. 70 SE, Hickory, NC 28602. |

How do I redeem my Gold Leaf points? |
| A. |
When your Gold Leaf Club account reaches a minimum of 5000 points, you will receive a letter giving you the option to make a reward selection at that time. Otherwise, you can just send a brief statement by mail stating you would like to redeem your points along with your reward selection. We request a minimum of 30 days to process points and/or rewards. |

Where can I spend the Mart Reward Certificate? |
| A. |
All of the stores at Hickory Furniture Mart will accept Mart Reward Certificates. |

Are all purchases eligible for the Gold Leaf Club? |
| A. |
No. Some of the stores have items not eligible for the Gold Leaf Club. As a result, we recommend you present your Gold Leaf Club card at the time of purchase to prompt the salesperson to let you know if an item is not eligible. |

Can I just have the Mart stores send you a copy of my sales receipts? |
| A. |
No. We need you to send all sales and delivery receipts to us. Insufficient paperwork submitted for Gold Leaf Club points will cause a delay in processing. |

What if I take my purchases from Mart stores with me? |
| A. |
Just make sure the salesperson has noted on your sales receipt that the items were taken by you. You won’t need a delivery receipt for those items. |

What if I receive my Mart purchases via UPS? |

If you receive home furnishings from Mart stores via UPS, please go online to www.ups.com and print off a copy of your delivery confirmation by entering your UPS tracking number. |

We regret we are unable to replace lost or stolen certificates. |

No, these certificates are non-transferable. |

Will my Mart Reward certificate have an expiration date? |

Yes, certificates expire one year from date of issue. Gold Leaf Club points expire two years from date of purchase. |
