Q.	I am looking for the bedside tables or commodes that go with the Lexington Victorian Sampler. Do you carry any pieces and if not, do you have any suggestions as to where I might find these items. I understand they are not made anymore. Thank you.
A.	This collection is not represented in the Mart. We are aware that it has been discontinued for some time - and you may find all supplies from retail sources are exhausted. Your best option may be to search the Internet. Go to Google or your favorite search engine and type in Victorian Sampler. That should produce results for you. Thank you for inquiring. Hi, I just moved into my new home and my husband and I are looking to furnish the following rooms: Master bedroom, dining room and 1 or 2 living rooms. I am interested in working with a designer to help design my room, i.e where the couch should be or should I get a sectional. I would like to have this prior to me coming down to shop so I can start looking at what I like, etc. Is something like this possible? Please let me know, thanks!

Yes, there are designers in the Mart that can assist you. First, there is Designing Women, an interior design service. Familiar with stores in the building, they can help you find just the right pieces for your home. A fee based service, they do work by appointment. Q.	I am looking for a nice bar cabinet that would be or look like an armorie. I would like it to have separate doors on the top and separate doors on the bottom offering storage space. Top inside should have glass shelves and light in the back also a tray that would pull out for serving. Where can I find a piece of furniture like that? I want good quality. Thank you.

Are discounts offered to out of state designers? Are the selections in the outlets current pieces or seconds and discontinued?

Yes, stores offer discounts to designers who reside in other states. For information on the designer program offered, select the Services option listed above (right), then select Designer Incentive Program from the drop down menu. Items sold in the factory outlets include floor and market samples, returns, discontinued pieces and some slightly irregular pieces. Most items sold in the outlets are first quality. If any irregularities are present, they would be noted on a tag attached to the item. Thank you for inquiring.

Hello, I am looking for a TV armoire. I would like one that can fit a 42" flat screen TV, accommodate a cable box, DVD, etc. and has some drawers for storage. I'm looking for a couch that is pet friendly. I currently have a sectional, but am constantly having to de-fur it. I was thinking of a leather couch and a couple of accent chairs, but not sure if that would be "cat" friendly (he still has back claws). I saw a couch on a recent home tour in my city and loved it. It basically had 2 back cushions and 2 bottom cushions, with the arms being solid wood and the front and sides of the couch wood as well. So if the cat is sitting on the arm, he's sitting on wood and if the dog is leaning against the bottom of the couch, she's leaning on wood. We're planning a visit on May 20, so would like to map out a strategy for this type of furniture. Thanks so much! Kim

Hi, do you sell sofa replacement cushions? I am looking for the replacements for my Pottery Barn Charleston Sofa. If not, could you suggest someone in the industry to help me? Thank you.

With hundreds of sofas on the market and so many cushion size variations, few furniture stores would carry replacements. If the manufacturer does not offer replacements, you will find quality cushions available through most experienced upholsterers. They would have an industry source that would cut the cushion to match the one you have. Do any of the showrooms sell directly from the floor?

Yes, several stores sell from the floor. The factory outlets and the Boyles Clearance Center sell all items from the floor - and offer exceptional discounts from the manufacturer's suggested retail price. The gallery stores can order furniture so customers can select the fabric and finish desired. And many of them have clearance areas or sell select items from the floor. I've been told that the furniture prices are worth the trip to NC. My question is there a shipping fee involved and if so how much or does it depend on the amount of furniture that is purchased.
